MettāFit Philosophy

Whatever your objective, being more active and increasing your fitness improves every aspect of your life.  You will feel healthier and stronger, in body and mind. 

When body and mind work together we create a more complete sense of well-being. That’s why my focus is on improving fitness whilst being kind to the mind. The easiest way to develop and maintain a positive routine is by enjoying what we do. This will be the measure of our success and together, we will share your journey to becoming the very best version of you.

It doesn’t matter what your starting point is. All you need is a pair of trainers! 

mettā /ˈmɛtə

Mettā comes from the ancient Pali language, translated into English it means loving-kindness, friendliness, amity, good will, and active interest in others.

fit / fɪt​

Fit simply describes being in good health, especially because of regular physical exercise.​

Personal Run Training

Your individual run training sessions, I'll be out there with you. These are the core sessions of your membership plan giving you the company and support while making meaningful progress towards your fitness and well-being goals.

Group Training sessions

Organised group sessions for members incorporating running drills and skills.
Fun and uplifting as well as getting your heart rate up!

Suitable for members of all abilities.

Sunday group social runs

A simple, steady, trail run. You don't have to be a member and it's suitable for all abilities. Run or jog your way into a relaxing Sunday.
We meet at Greenslate Community Farm for 9:30am start.
