I've always loved sport, especially running and cycling. I've completed Ironman UK 3 times, cycled from Land's End to John O'Groats and competed at club level as a runner for years.
Whilst I do still enjoy racing, what's most important to me is the feeling of freedom you get when you run or ride and just being out there.
It doesn't always feel easy to start or maintain a new fitness regime, but the rewards for doing so are great and varied.

I'm the trusty assistant to the main man above (and I don't mean god). I'm into running and fitness generally, and I love to share this with others. The more the merrier!
I got into running about 6 or 7 years ago and could barely make it round the block to begin with. With a little persistence and advice from those in the know I managed to get fitter and faster and I'm still on that journey now.
Once you start to see the results of your hard work, it's addictive. Together we hope to encourage and inspire people to start their own fitness journey and better themselves in a way that positively affects their whole life. Now that's deep!
Whatever your objective, being more active and increasing your fitness improves every aspect of your life. You will feel healthier and stronger, in body and mind.
When body and mind work together we create a more complete sense of well-being. That's why my focus is on improving fitness whilst being kind to the mind. The easiest way to develop and maintain a positive routine is by enjoying what we do. This will be the measure of our success and together, we will share your journey to becoming the very best version of you.
